Peach Butter

Yield: 1 1/2 pints


  • 2 cup peaches
  • 1 cup sugar


  1. Peel peaches and slice very fine.
  2. Add one cup of sugar to every two cups of peaches.
  3. Let stand twenty minutes.
  4. Mix well, and cook quickly for twenty-five minutes.
  5. Put in glasses and seal.
